A Medium Breakdown Risk means there are some steps you can take to reduce your units breakdown risk. If you click on Breakdown risk from the Home screen it will let you see our "Top Recommendations" page to reduce your risk and improve your score. These could be things like completing an Annual Tune-Up or replacing your air filters.
