The Water Sensor Cable can detect water along its entire length. This accessory is helpful for use in tight spaces or to facilitate water detection over a large area.
The following example shows the Water Sensor Cable setup for detecting leaks under a kitchen sink.
1. Attach the Blue connector on the Water Sensor Cable to the back of the Water Sensor. The integrated magnets will hold it securely in place.
2. The light on the Sensor will flash when the accessory is connected.
3. Place the Sensor in the area to be monitored for water leaks.
4. Lay the cable around the area to be monitored.
